Bec is a Melbroune-based naturopath, nutritionist, herbalist, fitness instructor, blogger, writer, speaker and founder of Bec to Nature Naturopathy, whose mission is to educate people on how to get back to the basics, by getting back to nature.

Bec holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) after graduating from the Southern School of Natural Therpaies and is a member of the National Herbalist Association of Australia (NHAA).

Bec is an empathetic and motivational naturopath who specialises in treating gut issues, auto-immune conditions, stress/anxiety, chronic pain and post-surgery care. Bec’s passion is to adopt food as medicine where she leaves her clients salivating for their next meal.

With the desire to share her rich and in-depth knowledge as a certified practitioner, Bec to Nature Naturopahthy was born four years ago.
